Ban Giám đốc xét thấy và cảm nhận được độ tin cậy trong quá trình quản lý điều hành của mình, trong việc duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và ISO 17025. Mức độ thỏa mãn khách hàng nâng cao rõ rệt qua nhiều năm thăm dò, Số lượng khách hàng ngoài ngành cũng tăng lên. Đây là dấu hiệu cho thấy việc áp dụng tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001 và ISO 17025 nghiêm khắc, đúng trình tự và nhận thức của toàn cán bộ của Trung Tâm đã đem lại hiệu quả ban đầu.
